People who have been victims of crimes influenced by alcohol could be given justice after all. Aside from witnesses who can testify that the criminals were indeed under the influence of alcohol, there are a lot of alcohol tests that can be conducted to prove this fact.
One way to do this is through a breath analyzer. Of course if someone has been obviously drinking, you could smell them from a mile away. But having something as technical as this could be a solid evidence to prove these perpetrators are guilty.
By having these kinds of alcohol testing devices to prove that they have been drinking, justice can be served and could make a lot of people in the streets and their own homes safe. Aside from this, having the opportunity to pinpoint those under the influence of alcohol could help these people be rehabilitated and change their ways.
